High River

High River is also home to one of the most beautiful park/campgrounds around, George Lane Memorial Park. Mammoth poplar trees form a shady canopy to keep you cool all summer and the nearby river is beautiful to walk along.

Walking through the downtown core (situated between 1 St SW and MacLeod trail), there is the famous Maggie’s Diner from the tv show Heartland, Evelyns Memories diner, Collosi’s Coffee, and many other shops.
